Maviro Ledger handles its own dispatch from Indore, Madhya Pradesh . Here is what you pay, how long you wait, and how to track it.

What you pay for delivery

delivery costs nothing once an order reaches ₹999 and below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout, once per order rather than per item.

There is no surcharge for paying on delivery.

Handling and transit

allow 1–2 business days for us to get a parcel ready — after which the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that day’s dispatch run.

None of this is a guaranteed date . A festival week or a washed-out road adds time, and we pass on whatever the courier tells us.

Delivery area

Shipping is domestic only — we do not ship internationally and cannot hand parcels to a freight forwarder.

A handful of remote pin codes fall outside our couriers’ network, and we refund straight away rather than let an order hang.

Tracking your parcel

Once the parcel is collected we email you a tracking link . Do not worry if it shows nothing for a while — the scan network catches up. Write to [email protected] or call +91 9977237868.

When a parcel arrives wrong

Film the unboxing. Damage, a wrong item or a shortfall reported inside 48 hours with video is put right at our cost, including the return leg.

Parcels that cannot be delivered return to our address — we re-send once you confirm a corrected address, and the flat delivery charge applies again on that second attempt.
