Before dispatch — free

An order that has not gone to the courier can be cancelled at no charge . Our dispatch run closes at 3:00 PM IST, which is the deadline that matters.

Email [email protected]. If you would rather speak to someone, call +91 9977237868. Give the order number and say you want it cancelled, and you get written confirmation.

After dispatch

A collected parcel cannot be pulled back — refuse the delivery, or accept it and raise a return instead; the 10 days window still applies.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Prepaid orders stopped before dispatch are refunded in 5 to 7 working days, in line with Reserve Bank of India guidance on reversals.

There is no payment to reverse on a cancelled Cash on Delivery order . We apply no cancellation fee and no restocking charge.

If we have to cancel

Occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves : damaged stock, an unreachable pin code, or an order we cannot verify. You get the reason and a full refund.

We would rather cancel and explain than send something we are not confident in.
