How do I pay?

Two options: UPI, or cash to the courier on delivery. Nothing else is offered.

Which areas do you cover?

India only, and nearly all of it. Where a pin code is unreachable we refund in full.

Can you give a tax invoice?

No GST is charged — we are not GST registered — and the paperwork is a plain sale invoice.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Report it within 48 hours with the unboxing video and we put it right at our expense.

Is the ink colour exactly as shown?

Very close, though ink and barrel shades move a little between batches and screens render colour differently. Assorted packs come as assorted, not to a fixed selection.

Do you do exchanges?

We do not offer a direct exchange; returning for a refund and reordering is faster anyway.

Is there a showroom?

Maviro Ledger trades online only; the address we list is administrative.

When do I get my refund?

7 business days from the return arriving and checking out. A cancelled prepaid order reverses in 5 to 7 working days.

Whose products are these?

We sell under our own name, Maviro Ledger. We are not an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, and we do not describe our stock as branded merchandise.

When will it arrive?

We pack in 1–2 business days, then the courier takes 3–9. Orders after 3:00 PM IST go out the next working day.
