Here is what we hold about you, and why . It also covers retention and your rights.
Data we hold
- A list of your previous orders, used to handle queries and returns
- Whatever the courier needs: a name, an address, an email and a phone number
- Standard technical information: IP address, device type, pages visited
No card or banking credentials are collected . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.
Purpose
Packing, delivery, replies, returns, refunds — and the statutory records behind them . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.
Who else sees it
Two sets of hands beyond ours: the courier, and the suppliers who host this site and carry our email . Each acts on our instructions only. We disclose to a public authority only where the law requires it.
Bulk orders for schools or offices sometimes need an invoice addressed to an organisation; we use only the billing details you give us for that.
How long data stays
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires . Enquiries that led nowhere are deleted after closure; we keep nothing ‘just in case’.
About cookies
Cookies here do two jobs: hold your basket and session, and count page use . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.
We do not run marketing campaigns by email . Order updates are the whole of it.
Your rights over this data
You have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000): access to your personal data, correction of it, and erasure where we are not required to retain it The Grievance Officer below handles these requests, and answers within a reasonable period.

Writing “Grievance” in the subject gets it to the right place faster. The role is held by a member of our team; we acknowledge your complaint and tell you what we are doing about it.
Security
Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.
